Communications

The Coalition makes every effort to inform the general public – particularly elected representatives – of news affecting the mental health sector. Our efforts include:

• publication of the twice-monthly Coalition Briefs, so member agencies, legislators, and administrators are aware of breaking news, issues, and community events.
• operation of a website which has an international following and won the four-star rating from the Health A to Z search engine. The site offers our comprehensive Advocate for Mental Health, policy analyses, Coalition Briefs, a Jobs Board, a program-finder for all members in New York City and its environs, a Calendar of Events, and useful information and links to an array of other websites.
