Administrative Case Aide

JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent is responsible for is under the direction and supervision of the Director of Social Support Services. The incumbent will perform administrative and data entry duties to support the internal processes of Social Support Services Department.
The incumbent will also maintain records, reports, correspondence, collect and file documents in the Social Support Services Department, and perform data entry for billing activities in the Health Homes and other programs as necessary. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting and inputting client demographics and data from daily logs, uploading charts in the ECR, assist in accessing and negotiating the service delivery system, and maintain database and prepare statistical/demographic program reports.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Must be a high school graduate or have a GED certificate, be computer literate and proficient in Micro Soft Word, Excel, Windows and have knowledge of AIRS, EHR or other data reporting systems. Must have good written and communication skills. Have organizational skills a, be self-starter and a team player. Must be able to understand and carry out directions, keep messages and simple records. Possess emotional and mental maturity. Be a resident of the community with knowledge of the community resources or possess familiarity with both. Be compassionate/supportive towards people living with HIV/AIDS. Experience working in the community and fluency in preferred local languages

Salary

$ 15-17 per hour
