It is with great pleasure that we offer free copies of Legal and Ethical Issues in Managed Care: A Summary. This book is a review in outline form of the highly praised series "Legal and Ethical Issues in Managed Care" which was offered last year through The Professional Learning Center.

The eight part series was presented by Lawrence K. Berg, Ph.D., Esq., whose professional background in both mental health law and social work uniquely qualified him to tackle the thorny issues presented in managed care and to give lucid explanations and cogent advice.

The series was so popular (more than 800 individuals from 60 plus agencies attended) that we decided to publish the summary for use as a reference by provider agencies. With Dr. Berg's assistance, the outline was updated prior to printing so that you have the most current information for each topic.
