Focusing on the Golden Thread

** This is a two-day training, participants must be able to commit to attending both sessions.
Dates: Tuesday, and Wednesday, January 23 and January 24, 2018
Time: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Location: The Coalition of Behavioral Health Agencies, Inc. | 123 William Street, 19th Floor, Suite 1901 | Manhattan

Target Audience: This introductory training is designed for practitioners, peer providers, and supervisors presently working in a behavioral health setting. It is for practitioners who have writing treatment/service/recovery plans as one of their core job responsibilities and for their direct supervisors. Practitioners providing Medicaid billable services are highly encouraged to attend. Individuals working in OMH licensed programs will be given priority.

As this is a general, introductory Person-Centered Recovery Planning training, PROS providers should not register for this workshop.

There will be a PROS-specific Person-Centered Recovery Planning & Documentation training on 3/21/2017 & 3/22/2017.

The Coalition for Behavioral Health reserves the right to cancel reservations for those who do not meet the target audience criteria.

This course is approved for 12 LMSW/LCSW CE hours.
This course is approved for 12 CASAC/CPP/CPS CE hours.

A person-centered approach supports individuals to drive their own recovery and encourages a holistic method of collaborative planning.

Target Audience: This half-day training is for clinicians and other staff interested in learning the nuts and bolts of benefits management.

The Coalition for Behavioral Health reserves the right to cancel reservations for those who do not meet the target audience criteria.

This course has been approved for 3.5 CASAC/CPP/CPS/CE hours.

The latest changes in SSA guidelines will be discussed. Participants will have the opportunity to understand the fundamentals of the Social Security System.
