Learning & Technical Assistance

Through the Professional Learning Center, The Coalition has provided members with up-to-date seminars and workshops on developments and innovations in the industry and provided management tools for organizational assessment and implementation of change. Conducted by respected experts in the field, topics addressed in the past have ranged in scope from introductory to sophisticated and from general to specialized in order to meet needs of the several Coalition sectors. Past course topics have included Managed Care, Legal and Ethical Issues, Corporate Compliance, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and, most recently, Medicare Part D.
