The term “trauma-informed” is used almost ubiquitously in mental health and related fields, but what are the actual components of such an approach?

**Participants are strongly encouraged to attend each training session however; there is no requirement for you to attend both days to receive CEU credits. Each session has been approved for 3 social work CEU credits.

TARGET AUDIENCE: Non-direct care staff including support staff, administrators, office managers, etc. Practitioners new to the workforce are also welcomed. We will offer Social Worker CEUs at the next session on June 13 & 14, 2016.

Mental Health First Aid is a groundbreaking public education program which introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems, builds understanding of their impact, and overviews common treatments.
