OVERNIGHT AIDE

Seeks a full-time Overnight Aide to provide on-site safety in 24 hr housing program for homeless, mentally ill adults. The overall job summary includes ensuring safety of the staff’s working conditions, safety of the residents and protecting the program facility. Required to cover nights and weekends, as needed. Ideal for students interested in mental health. Reports to an Assistant Director.

Qualifications: Min 1 year of social services experience preferably with MI, MICA, SPMI adult population. Prefer Bachelors Degreed, minimum High School Diploma. Excellent communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish) preferable.

Salary: Competitive non-profit salary based on experience.
