Seeks a full-time, dynamic, self-directed, “hands-on” HR Director to lead all aspects HR function for multiple locations. Thorough knowledge of employment law, recruitment, training, employee relations, and payroll.

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors Degree, 8 yrs progressive HR managerial exp in a non-profit. Prefer SPHR cert., advanced degree, bilingual Spanish.

Salary: Competitive non-profit salary/year with benefits.
