PSCH Inc. a leader in the field of Behavioral Health and Human Services seeks experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) SOCIAL WORKERS for newly renovated Bronx based Article 31 Clinic. Certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health, our Bronx Clinic is a community-based specialty outpatient mental health clinic that provides services to individuals diagnosed with mental illness. The program focuses on, psychotherapy, collateral, patient education and medication management.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Within this vital role selected candidate will complete comprehensive assessments of individuals to determine their needs and appropriateness for enrollment in Outpatient Treatment Program. Provide written report findings. Prepare and maintain current patient treatment plans. Provide individual and/or group counseling services to patients. Document treatment in session notes. Provide reports regarding course of treatment, recommendations and outcomes. Make written recommendations regarding patient need for related services. Assist patients to access concrete services.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
LCSW or LMSW, required. Some experience working in an Article 31 or similar setting providing verbal therapy, required. Must be Bilingual
