(CLINICAL REVIEW TEAM – MENTAL HEALTH)


PSCH Inc. a leader in the field of Behavioral Health and Human Services seeks experienced LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER for rewarding career opportunity in Queens based Clinical Review Team.

Selected candidate will participate in Treatment Plan reviews. Develop and utilize survey instruments to review clinical service delivery to Agency consumers. Act and serve as consultant to staff during consumer hospitalizations, discharges, and other meetings. Provide training and education support for consumers and agency staff. Provide direct clinical, counseling, crisis intervention and referral services to employees, participants and high risk consumers. Follow up reviews after regulatory body audits to investigate specific situations and serious incidents.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE (LCSW); Licensed in New York State; Experience providing services to people with mental illness; Experience in treating alcohol and substance abuse is preferable. Must have access to reliable transportation.
