Assistant Program Director, Mental Health Transitional Residence

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Program Director is responsible for administrative and clinical supervision of a housing program that provides transitional housing following an SRO Model for homeless individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Responsibilities include supervising case management staff, health services coordination with all services providers and ensuring the physical integrity of the building while adhering to regulatory bodies. The Assistant Program Director is on call 24/7.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
A Masters Degree in social work (MSW), public health, health administration, or related field; At least 2-4 years experience in supervising clinical or case management staff that provides services for homeless, mentally ill adults how may have a history of substance abuse. Bilingual - Spanish, a plus.
