Job BoardSocial Worker – Family SpecialistCASES DescriptionThe CASES mental health programs were developed to address the community treatment and support needs of individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders involved in the criminal justice system. The team outreaches and enrolls consumers into Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), case management services and supportive housing. The ACT team provides treatment to promote wellness, recovery, and rehabilitation. QualificationsQualified candidates must have minimum of a Masters level training in social work, psychology or related field. Previous experience working with homeless individuals with serious mental illnesses. Effective written and oral communication skills. Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
