Clinical Supervisor

Description

Responsible for assisting in the daily operation and management of an Out-patient Mental Health Clinic; including program development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and budgeting; supervision, training and evaluation of professional staff; conducts and coordinate treatment services; liaise with community service providers; provides crisis intervention services; carries a select caseload of patients; prepares reports as required. Ensures documentation compliance with OMH standards and maintains Comunilife policies and procedures, quality improvement, utilization review and outreach activities. Reports to the Clinic Director.

Qualifications

New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW-R. Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experience. Knowledge working with SPMI, MICA, and HIV/AIDS afflicted adult population. Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
