Highly visible, excellent opportunity for accomplished healthcare/non-profit financial manager to join dynamic Behavioral & Community Health team at leading health & human services organization.

The Associate Vice President, Healthcare Finance & Administrative Services will provide executive leadership and support to the Vice President of Healthcare Fiscal &Business Operations in addition to supporting other healthcare initiatives across the healthcare operations at FEGS. This position will have responsibility for overseeing healthcare finance and business forecasting, budget modeling, resource allocation and planning, and infrastructure support activities in support of the Behavioral and Community Health goals and in coordination with the Senior Vice President, Vice President, Regional Associate Vice Presidents and Division Managers. This position will also support the organization’s planning and operational efforts across all healthcare operating divisions including the areas of integrated health and “health home” initiatives.

Qualifications

In addition to a Master's Degree in Healthcare, Public Administration Finance or Business Administration, we are seeking someone with a proven successful track record of at least ten (10) years’ of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, business and fiscal management, policy and/or planning at the senior management/executive level. The successful candidate may come from the not-for-profit health and human service sector, the for-profit sector or from government.
