Assistant Director, Business Operations & Management

Description

The Assistant Director will assist in the coordination, oversight and direction of the day to day practice and ambulatory operations throughout FEGS. Working closely with the VP, will coordinate ambulatory operations utilizing effective review, analysis, and benchmarks to refine practice operations, processes, and systems to achieve a high level of efficiency and best practice.

This position will assist in the development of plans, business models and new service initiatives; identify and implement opportunities to improve thru-put, increase clinical practice volume and redesign work to achieve financial and quality goals; identify opportunities to reduce practice expense by leveraging centralization, IT technology, best practice for front end, ambulatory electronic health record, and best practice work flows.

Qualifications

In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field, we are seeking someone with a proven track record of at least five (5) years’ as a budget/fiscal performance analyst or manager with working knowledge of Medicaid reimbursement methodologies, spreadsheet applications and graphics reporting.
