Project Manager

Description

The Project Manager works with and reports to the Senior Director Health Services Operations, to accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the department.
• Develop and maintain workflows and project plans to ensure project commitments are met.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of projects and process implementations as assigned.
• Collaborate with teams to create, monitor, and report corrective action plans.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements with project scope.
• Track and maintain project schedules and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Project Manager certification a plus.
• 3 years project management experience and/or project team lead experience preferred.
• Detailed oriented with excellent Microsoft Office skills (visio, project management, powerpoint).
• Experience with managing multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
