Experienced Physician (Part-Time) looking for a new professional opportunity to join a dynamic wellness to work leadership team?

Our WeCARE program is a specialized welfare-to-work program serving individuals with disabilities who are receiving or applying for public assistance. Services include comprehensive medical, social and vocational assessment, wellness, vocational rehabilitation, employment and job placement.
The Physician will assist the WeCARE Medical Director in operation of the ProCARE Clinic. Candidate will review plans of disposition of clients provided by Wellness team including approving disposition plans and formulating new disposition plans with the information available and with direct communication with Wellness staff. Candidate will review bio-psychosocials, specialty assessments, Article 28 vendor referrals and accommodations previously awarded to clients.
Qualifications
Must be a Licensed Physician by New York State with current registration; Registered Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) with a current Controlled Substance Registration Certificate; and Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
