Excellent opportunity for an accomplished LCSW to join dynamic Behavioral & Community Health management team at leading health & human services organization.

FEGS Health and Human Services is a broad-based health and human services organization serving 120,000 clients annually across the greater New York area. We have been a recognized leader for over four decades in providing a wide variety of personalized behavioral health services to individuals coping with the many challenges brought on by emotional problems and mental illness.

Our Behavioral and Community Health area seeks an experienced Director to join our Brooklyn PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) Program located on Montague Street. PROS is a recovery program that offers rehabilitation, support and clinical services to individuals with a history of mental illness.

The Director will provide clinical and administrative oversight; supervise the management team; ensure full compliance and the delivery of quality services in accordance with overall program and treatment objectives. Also responsible for developing referral sources; marketing; and advocating for the needs of the mentally ill by participating in various mental health organizations, committees and meetings.

Qualifications

In addition to a Master’s Degree and professional licensure, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least five (5) years supervisory experience in a NYSOMH program; working knowledge of budget and financial management; and strong computer skills. LCSW strongly preferred.
