RN Parachute NYC

Description

The RN will provide basic health screenings and health education sessions to guests/participants at Parachute NYC Crisis Respite Centers in four boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Queens) on a weekly basis. S/he will also ensure participants are able to gain access to all screening and preventive diagnostic tests through referral to a primary care provider. S/he will work collaboratively with Parachute NYC staff to promote wellness practices and continuity of care.

Qualifications

■Currently registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
■Current CPR certificate or plan to attend a CPR training course within six (6) months of employment.
