Description

The Bridge, a New York City based Behavioral Health agency with a large real estate portfolio of owned and leased property is seeking a Vice President for Real Property and Asset Management with overall responsibility for management and operations of all existing agency facilities. The Vice President will actively participate in the design and construction phases of new development and in bringing buildings on-line; will supervise Facilities Department staff members who are responsible for maintenance, custodial, security and fleet management services; will negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and construction contractors. Applicant must be knowledgeable about city, state and federal (e.g., HUD and HPD) housing regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, 5-10 years asset management experience.
