Description

Develop and manage organization-wide compliance program in accordance with governmental and professional standards. Develop compliance-related policies, procedures, and practices for the organization. Organize and implement compliance training for personnel. Initiate, lead and perform investigations. Organize,
coordinate and implement documentation reviews. Lead quality management teams and committees.

Qualifications

Education: MA, MS, or JD

Experience: Three years experience. Professional licensure
preferred, not required

Skill/Ability: Capacity to comprehend rules, laws and
regulations relating to TGCW operations and
compliance. Capacity to develop training materials,
organize training program and provide training
Capacity to monitor compliance related processes
Capacity to investigate compliance related
complaints. Capacity to make assessments and
write reports.
