Assistant Director - SACAP

NADAP, Inc. is a multiservice non-profit agency dedicated to helping people with medical, behavioral health and social service needs to become self sufficient. NADAP has 40 years of experience operating programs that assist disadvantaged populations in New York City and Nassau County. NADAP’s services include assessment, care coordination, case management, professional training, and job preparation, placement and retention services. NADAP provides services to more than 25,000 people annually.

One of our programs, SACAP utilizes CASACs to conduct substance abuse assessments to determine work readiness for individuals who may have substance use disorders that impact employability. Client services include assessment, referral for treatment and review of treatment progress.







The Assistant Director oversees department-wide daily operations on- and off-site administrative activity. The successful candidate will oversee supervisor teams and staff to ensure performance/productivity/clinical quality standards are met, oversee operational manuals for off-site programs, provide operational training, develop/implement administrative policies/procedures to enhance program efficiency, use technical, analytic and statistical tools to analyze program performance; coordinate with funding source managers to support their mission and facilitate optimal client services.

Qualifications

•Minimum of five (5) years of job-related experience, including five (5) years of supervisory experience managing a clinical program
•Education: Master’s Degree in related field required (Social Work, Health Administration)
•CASAC preferred
•Ability to manage off-site locations
•Must possess strong leadership, management, supervisory skills
•Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and computer skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
