The Puerto Rican Family Institute’s (PRFI) Bronx Mental Health Clinic is an OMH licensed, Article 31 setting. Located in the South Bronx, with a borough-wide catchment, it is the largest of PRFI's three mental health clinics, serving children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English-speaking clinic director with a hands on management style to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high quality of service, provide staff supervision, and establish and maintain referral relationships with local organizations. This is an excellent opportunity to build on the clinic's success and to join PRFI at the beginning of an exciting new phase of leadership.

Qualifications

LCSWR required. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Equally strong clinical and financial management skills with ability to meet complex regulatory requirements. Strategic and creative problem solver with engaging interpersonal skills. Minimum five years experience managing in a clinical setting.

Salary

Commensurate with experience.
