Reception for Phillip A. Saperia

The Coalition of Behavioral Health Agencies, Inc. invites you to join us as we bid farewell to Phillip A. Saperia, CEO of the Coalition for the past 21 years.

Mr. Saperia guided The Coalition from a small group of behavioral health providers in just New York City to a larger and more robust organization representing more than 130 downstate behavioral health provider members who provide essential services to people with behavioral health and substance use disorders.
