This program provides a full range of intensive educational and vocational programming. It prepares and transitions adolescents and young adults into adult community living and into the world of work through an individualized, person-centered approach, which emphasizes functional outcomes. Participants benefit from a comprehensive pre-employment skill development plan that includes career counseling, life skills training, GED preparation and job placement.
