Regional Addiction Recovery Center
The Coalition for Behavioral Health’s Regional Addiction Recovery Center (RARC) program supports substance use prevention and early intervention. Through fostering partnerships with community stakeholders, maintaining a comprehensive resource list, and sponsoring community events, we increase access to a full recovery-oriented system of care for individuals living with substance use disorders. The RARC is a division of The Coalition for Behavioral Health Inc. and is primarily funded by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).
