How to Use The Coalition’s Learning Management System (LMS)

To register for a training at The Coalition for Behavioral Health, you will need a user account for The Coalition’s LMS. The Quick Guide below details how to create a user account. As of July 1, 2019, the LMS will give you access to records and resources for the trainings you attend.

Quick Guide to Using the LMS

  • Prior to the training

    • If you would like to receive training announcements, please sign up at the bottom of this page to join our listserv. Our trainings will be advertised as early as a month in advance.

    • If you don’t already have a user account on the LMS, create a user account (only once), using this link -

    • Log into the LMS, in order to register for a training.

    • Once you are ready to register, please make sure that you enter the enrollment key provided in the emailed training announcement.

  • Day of the training

    • Most trainings will start at 9:00 AM and sign-ins will be open at 8:45 AM (unless otherwise indicated).  

    • Please make sure to check-in with a Coalition staff member upon arrival to sign-in for the training.

      • Cut-off time to sign-in will be 9:15 AM. If you are unable to sign-in by 9:15 AM, we regret that we will be unable make any exceptions to the cut-off time and we will be unable to offer you any applicable continuing education units (CEUs).

    • At the end of the training, please check-in with a Coalition staff member to sign-out for the day.

  • After the training

    • You will receive a follow-up email from the LMS inviting you to access your training records, and any applicable CEU certificates, by completing the following: Evaluation Form, Post-test.

    • Once complete, you will be able access your certificates and training materials at any time.
