Dr. Kirk Anthony James is a Clinical Professor at NYU Silver school of social work with a focus on systems of oppression and the intersection of trauma inclusive of healing modalities. Julie Smyth is a licensed social worker who has written and published on issues pertaining to racism, systematic oppression, mass incarceration and Human Rights. Roosevelt Arrington is a Columbia University Justice Scholar, community activist and co-founder of EVOLVE — a movement dedicated to utilizing education and love as the praxis for human and societal transformation. *Information for Continuing Education: This course is approved for 6 LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, CASAC/CPP/CPS CE hours.
